Our loyal customers know that when it comes to returns, we make it easy and want to give them the best customer care. If you want to request a return, you have to contact us within 10 days of the product being delivered to you. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return, if the request is made after 10 days. If you have any questions regarding the returns, please visit the Contact Us page of our website, and list why you want to return the product, and also mention the order reference number.
Please bear in mind that the shipping won’t be refunded, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied on the non-damaged items returned to us. Once your request is approved, we will send you your RMA number and the address where you can mail the items you want to return. Please make sure that you add the RMA number at the top of the box that contains the items you want to return, before you ship it to the given address. It is requested that you provide us with the tracking code of Fedex/UPS/USPS, so that the returned shipment can be tracked without any hassle. We will issue the refund, once we receive the product as per our return policy.
